Can I Show Copilot to My Customers?
Yes! If you’re a Business Central partner, you can easily show Copilot in Business Central to your customers. Copilot is automatically available when you set up a Microsoft Entra tenant with a Business Central environment on the Customer Digital Experiences (CDX) site.
What’s the Difference Between Copilot in Business Central and Copilot for Microsoft 365?
Microsoft offers different copilots for different needs. For example, Copilot for Microsoft 365 is designed for working with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and other productivity apps. Copilot in Business Central is specifically for the Business Central app. Right now, there’s no connection between the two.
Is Copilot Only Available Online?
Yes, Copilot is only available for Business Central online. It’s not available for other types like on-premises or private cloud.
Can I Use Copilot with Embed Applications?
Currently, Microsoft can’t offer Copilot to customers who run independent software vendor (ISV) Embed apps due to technical limitations. But ISVs can add their own features to Copilot or provide alternative uses of AI.
